Just before half term Year 4 went to the XC Centre to take part in some adventurous activities. The girls took part in climbing, caving and a high ropes course. It was a fun filled and energetic day out with the girls making the most of all the sporting opportunities with which they were presented. Every girl on the trip successfully attempted the climbing walls and the instructors commented on their fantastic spirit. The caving involved teamwork and bravery as some sections were completely pitch black! The high ropes were a highlight for many and a great taster for what is to come in the residential trip to Manor Adventure in Year 5.
Despite a broken down coach on the way home, spirits remained high and the girls were great representatives of the school for the day. Well done to all Year 4 girls - an exciting adventure was had by all.
