As part of our programme of educational visits this year, Year 3 visited Woburn Safari Park yesterday. It was an exciting visit, with all kinds of animals coming out to say ‘Hello!’ We saw alpacas, giraffes, bears, wolves, tigers, antelope and wilderbeest from the safety of our bus. The lions marched fiercely across the road during feeding time and the Barbary macaques ran up and down along the roof and enjoyed playing with the mirrors and windscreen wipers! We also enjoyed a Foot Safari where we walked among creatures including lemurs, wallabies and goats.
It was a wonderful trip, with the girls encountering animals from across the world in close proximity.
