Fees

Once a parent has decided to apply for a place at High March School, the registration form should be completed and returned to the School, together with the £75 non-returnable registration fee. Payment will be acknowledged and the place (or waiting list place) will be provisionally confirmed. Please note that if a girl attends a ‘Taster Day’, the registration form must be completed and returned to the School Office, together with the Registration fee, prior to the visit.

Approximately twelve months before joining High March, a deposit of £500 will be requested to guarantee the place; this will be refunded on the leaver’s final account. Please note that if a deposit is paid and a place subsequently not taken up, the deposit will not be refunded.

Fees include tuition, loan of text books, stationery, art handwork materials and lunches. A charge will be made for any textbooks or school property lost or damaged.

Payment of Fees

Fees are due on or before the first day of term.

Fees are subject to termly review and may be increased by the School upon giving at least one term's notice to parents. In the normal way fees are increased only once per academic year, with effect from September each year.

Parents are reminded that a full term's notice in writing to commence no later than the first day of the relevant term, must be given to the Headmistress for the withdrawal of a child, otherwise fees will be charged in lieu of the required notice.

Pupils' Personal Accident Insurance Scheme
 All pupils are automatically part of this scheme - there is no extra charge. It provides payment for permanent disabilities or death resulting from an accident, and covers all activities, both in and outside school. Please click on the link below for further details.

School Fees Refund Scheme

This is run through Marsh Insurance on an opt-in basis. The Scheme enables you to to claim a refund of fees for a period of absence from school of your daughter of five or more consecutive days due to illness, accident or quarantine. The charge is made at a rate of 1.5% on the school fees per term.

Fees Refund Scheme

 The Early Birds service, whereby girls in Reception to Year 6 can be dropped off at school from 8am and supervised by a member of staff, is provided free of charge. The After School Club is available to children in Reception to Year 6, Monday to Friday, until 5:30pm and this is also free of charge. A supervised homework session is available after School to girls in Years 3 to 6 from 4:45pm until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of those days when there are Parents' Evenings when all after school activities will need to be cancelled. No charge is made for the supervised homework sessions.
